Polio NID 18th January

18th January: Polio NID. Dr. Rajinder & Dr. Veena Bali, Rtn. Geeta Ramesh and Rtn. Jaspinder Puri along with Mr. Taneja visited the polio booths allotted to our club at Lions Hospital, Khizrabad and Hamid Poly Clinic, Bathla House, Okhla. They went house to house in the narrow streets to motivate the parents and children to come to polio booths for vaccination. At Hamid Poly Clinic 120 children and at lion Hospital 86 children were vaccinated. The turnout of the children was not as expected; however, the medical staff and anganwadi workers will visit house to house from Monday to vaccinate the leftover children.
