This is one of the most simple Ayurvedic treatments that works onders on your body, where two separate therapists work in unison to soothe your tired nerves. The treatment begins with  a traditional head massage using hot oil. Once your head is free from all worries, the body massage begins. Hot oil is poured over your body and the therapist massage very part with perfectly coordinated strokes. Despite the strong strokes, the massage almost lulls you into a deep slumber. You’re gently woken up and escorted to a steam chamber. Once your body absorbs all the oil, you can proceed for a shower, during which you’re given traditional powders to wash off the oil.
