The daily itinerary includes:

  • 07.00 am to 08:30 am – Hatha Yoga

  • 08:30 am to 09:30 am – Breakfast

  • 09:30 am to 12:30 pm – Ayurvedic Massage & Treatment

  • 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm - Lunch

  • 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm – Free time/ Second Ayurvedic massage

  • 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm – Yoga and Meditation, Mantra chanting
          6:30 pm to 8.00 pm – Dinner
  • 8.00 pm to 9.00 pm – Evening event/social time
 Morning Hatha Yoga – 90 minute group session of authentic Hatha Yoga guided by Lakshya
  • Ayurvedic Oil Massage (Abhyangam) – 60 minute Ayurvedic spa treatment, followed by steambath.
  • Optional Evening Ayurvedic treatment (depending on your package)
  • Afternoon Gentle Yoga session- 60 minute group session for relaxation and rejunivation guided by Lakshya
  • Evening Group Meditation- Guided by Lakshya
  • Introduction to Indian philosophy/Mantra Chanting- Taught by Lakshya

Trekking is provided at Nelliympathy Hill Station under the guidance of an Expert Guide. While trekking you can get a phenomenal valley view and see a 100 m high waterfall. From there on one can trek to arrive at Mampara; an alternate amazing vantage at Nelliyampathy. The region in and around has tea, cardamom and coffee estates and in nearby mountains and jungles you can also get a glimpse of Indian gaur, elephants, panthers, goliath squirrel and so forth and various types of birds.

This package generally involves Yoga sessions every day in the morning Meditation sessions in the evening, one Ayurvedic Massage daily, Steam bath, one session of Astrology consultation and one night at House boat in the stunning Kerala backwaters.
The beauty of Kerala is its backwaters, which are unique to this land, extending from one end of the state to the other, spread across the stretch of 900 kilometres. This wonderful stretch is thickly populated with a collection of flora, fauna and marine life. While aboard the houseboat in Kerala, you may enjoy the facilities of a star category hotel. Basically a houseboat is well appointed with an open lounge, one or more bath attached bedrooms and a kitchenette. Kerala house-boat is generally manned by a crew, consisting of a cook, guide and oarsman. Lazing and relaxing on the sun decks is one of the most popular activities on the boat-house in Kerala.
